2 pkg. orange jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple and apricot juice combined
1 lg. can apricots, mashed
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
1 c. cream, whipped



Topping:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
8 oz. container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple and apricots, reserve 1/2 cup of each (1 c. combined). Dissolve jello in hot water, add reserved fruit juice, stir. Chill until firm.

Topping: Soften cream cheese and mix in 1 c. of sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour and spread mixture over jello.
