1 c. Brown Sugar
½ c. Butter, softened
1 Egg
1¼ c. Flour
½ tsp. Baking Soda
1½ c. Oatmeal
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 c. Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the brown sugar, ½ c. butter, and egg together. Gradually add the flour, baking soda and oatmeal to the mixture. This will appear somewhat lumpy.
2. Place ½ of this in the bottom of a 9"x13" pan.
3. Mix together the condensed milk, chocolate chips, 2 tbsp. butter and vanilla together and pour over pan.
4. Top with other ½ of the lumpy mixture.
5. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Refrigerate before cutting.
