4 cups flour

1¾ cup shortening

1Tbsp sugar

2 tsp salt

1 Tbsp white vinegar

1 egg

½ cup water


Directions:
Directions:

Cut together first 4 ingredients with a pastry blender.

In a seperate bowl beat together the vinegar, egg and water. Combine and mold into a ball.

Seperate into 3 balls, flatten and wrap with plastic wrap.


Refrigerate for 3 days or freeze.


Roll pie dough out inbetween wax paper. Place rolled dough,
in wax paper in refrigerator to chill for about 15 minutes.
