1¼ c. Whole-Wheat Flour
¼ c. Flour
¾ c. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (Granular)
2 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp. Salt
1½ c. Mashed Ripe Bananas
½ c. Fat-free Liquid Egg Substitute
½ c. No-Sugar-Added Applesauce
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350º
2. Coat 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray.
3. Combine all dry ingredients & set aside.
4. Combine remaining ingredients then add to the other bowl.
5. Stir until just blended.
6. Spoon batter into loaf pan and bake until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. (50 min)
