15 oz can of pure pumpkin
1 c Greek yogurt
1 c peanut butter
1/4 c rolled oats
1/4 c Salmon oil, optional (can also use olive oil)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, yogurt, oats, and salmon oil (if using) together in food processor
Slowly add in peanut butter till thoroughly mixed
Portion into ice cube trays (silicone work best)
Freeze overnight
Transfer from trays to container for storage in the freezer
