¾ cp butter
1½ cp brown sugar
2 Tbsp water
1 12oz package semi sweet chocolate chips
2 ½ cps flour
1 ¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
3 boxes Andes Mints

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, water and sugar in a large microwave safe bowl. Immediately add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Let cool 10 minutes. Add flour, salt, baking soda and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Chill at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350º Roll a teaspoon of dough into a ball and put on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes. When cookies come out of the oven, Press half a mint wafer into the top of each cookie and let sit for 1 minute. When the mint is softened, swirl with the back of a spoon. Let cool on racks.
