16 oz. roll of refrigerator sugar cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
1 pint strawberries, halved
bananas
peaches
pineapple
kiwi

For sauce:
1 1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1/2 t. grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange cookie dough on a pizza pan. Bake according to cookie directions. Blend cream cheese and Cool Whip and spread on baked crust. Arrange fresh fruit on top. Spoon orange sauce over the fruit.

For orange sauce: stir together sugar, salt and cornstarch. Gradually stir in juices, water and orange peel. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Cool before topping the pizza.
