2 c. crushed chocolate graham crackers (about 20)
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
1 c. semisweet chocolate pieces.
1/3 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. evaporated milk
1 t. vanilla
8 oz. Cool Whip

Combine graham crackers, butter and sugar. Press into 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Chill in freezer for 5 minutes. Slice ice cream into 1/2 in. slices and lay over crust and return to freezer. For the sauce: melt chocolate and butter. Add powdered sugar and milk. Cook and stir 20-25 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in vanilla and cool completely. Pour over ice cream and freeze 30 minutes or until firm. Top with Cool Whip and freeze.
