1 1/2 c. milk
2 T. sugar
1 t. salt
6 T. shortening
2 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Heat together milk, sugar, salt and shortening but DO NOT BOIL. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast and stir until dissolved. Stir in flour 2 c. at a time. Roll out. Makes about 12. Deep fry in electric skillet. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
