Step 1
Fish
4 -5 tilapia fillet slices
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. ginger paste
¼ tsp. coriander and cumin powder
¼ tsp. black or white pepper
¼ tsp. of rosemary and thyme
Juice of 1 whole lemon
2 tbsp. light Olive oil for pan fry
1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

Step 2
Potatoes
4 - 5 potatoes cut into wedges
Water and pinch of salt for blanching the potatoes
¼ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. of chopped garlic
¼ tsp. of dried rosemary
½ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil

Step 3
Asparagus
2 cloves of chopped garlic
Pinch of salt
¼ tsp. of black or white pepper
2 tbsp. .light Olive oil
1 tsp. butter

Fish
1. Make a paste of all the ingredients in Step 1 except Fish and parsley and rub on both sides of the Tilapia fillets.
2. Heat a frying pan on medium high and add light olive oil.
3. Pan fry the fish for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Sprinkle parsley on the fish.

Potatoes
1. Boil water in a saucepan and add a pinch salt. Add potatoes to the boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes. Do not overcook the potatoes. Drain the water and allow to cool.
2. In an oiled baking tray lined with aluminium foil, add the blanched potatoes.
3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil, and paprika, Mix the potatoes so that they are all coated with the spices.
4. Bake the potatoes in a pre-heated oven for about 25 minutes.

Asparagus
1. In a hot frying pan, add light olive oil and garlic.
2. Add the asparagus and cook for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
3. Add butter and cook for a minute.
3. Remove from the pan and serve.
