2 tbs. Unsalted Butter
¼ tsp. Fine Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Fine Salt
2 Large Eggs
3 Very Ripe Bananas Mashed
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 c. Pecans, Chopped
1½ c. Flour
¼ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 c. + 2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
1 Stick Melted & Cooled Butter
2 tbsp. Sour Cream or Plain Yougurt

Directions:

1. In a small skillet over medium heat melt butter and cook pecans.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, & salt.
3. New Bowl beat sugar & eggs until light & fluffy.
4. On low gradually add melted butter.
5. Add bananas, sour cream, & vanilla until just combined.
6. Fold in the flour and pecans.
7. Bake @325º to golden brown and center springs back when pressed ( 1hr.)
8. Cool before removing from pan (30 min.)
