1 jar Apricot Jam
3/4 bottle of bottled chili sauce
4 cloves of fresh minced garlic
1 cup dairy-egg-wheat- nut free dry bread crumbs or regular breadcrumbs
3 Tbls dehydrated onion flakes
2 # Fresh Ground Turkey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease bread loaf pan or 8x8 with vegetable oil, or spray the dish with non stick cooking spray.

Place apricot jam, chili sauce, minced garlic, in a large bowl: mix well. Stir in breadcrumbs and onion flakes. Add ground turkey: mix until well blended. Shape turkey mixture in a loaf shape and place in prepared baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350º degree oven for 50 minutes.

I will also spread evenly more chili sauce on top of meatloaf while cooking.
