4 whole boneless diced chicken breasts
1 cup diced ham or 1 lb crisp cooked bacon
1 can mushrooms drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 diced onion
1 tab lemon juice
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup uncooked stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º
Butter an 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Cook Bacon until crispy. Drain and set aside. Or Dice Ham.
Dice uncooked chicken breasts. Place in dish.
In bowl, mix bacon or ham, cream of chicken soup, mayo, lemon juice, 3/4 cup of the parmesan cheese, drained mushrooms, and diced onion
Cover Chicken with sauce above.
Mix 1/4 cup parmesan, 3 tab margarine/butter and stuffing mix. Place on top of the chicken mixture.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350º. Last 15 minutes uncover to brown stuffing mixture.
