Directions:Use a ovenproof non-stick pan or spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat your pan on low-medium heat. Beat the eggs and mix them with 2 oz of mozzarella cheese. Season everything with a dash garlic, salt and oregano. Preheat your oven on medium heat. Pour the mixture into the pan and let it all heat up until the mixture is a little firmer (similar to a fried egg) and you can spread the sauce on it. I love to eat my pizza with low carb BBQ sauce but depending on your taste you can also use keto-friendly tomato sauce. (I recommend BBQ) Top your pizza with everything you like. My recommendation: Pepper, Onion and a few Jalapeno Pepper slices. Pulled beef or chicken and sprinkle everything with 1 oz of mozzarella. Especially if you've used BBQ sauce as a base, it tastes awesome. Put everything in the oven for a few minutes and keep an eye on it. When the mozzarella is melted and medium brown you can take it out. Enjoy your awesome keto pizza! |
