1 c margarine
2 c chopped onion
2 c hopped celery
1/4 c parsley
12-13 c slightly dried bread crumbs**
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp marjoram
3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c chicken broth
2 well beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in Skillet and saute onion, celery, parsley. Pour over bread cubes in large bowl. Add all seasonings and toss together.
Pour enough broth to moisten, add beaten eggs and mix together well. Pack into crock pot lightly. Cover and set on high for 45 minutes.
Reduce heat to Low and cook for 4-8 hours.

**Try using Texas toast bread. Cut into cubes. Use a large bowl and leave uncovered over night.
