10 chicken drumsticks, skin removed
¼ cup olive oil
2 lemons, juiced and zested
1 T. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1½ tsp. Spanish, spicy smoked paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a Ziploc bag with
the chicken. Squeeze out as much air before
closing.

Marinate overnight if possible. If not,
marinate for at least 30 min in frig.
Remove from frig and place on counter
for 20-30 min to come to room temp before
roasting.

Preheat oven to 425º F.

Place chicken and marinate on a foil lined pan.
Bake uncovered for 25 min. Flip the chicken and
roast for 10 more minutes. Increase heat to
broil for 3 min if you want it a little browner.
