Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Zest and Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons prepared ranch seasoning mix (dry)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tomatillo, husk removed and chopped
⅓ bunch Cilantro, thick stems removed
1/2 jalapeño (seeds removed)
1/2 cup mayo
½ cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a blender puree until smooth, scraping sides down as needed. Add milk, a tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency.
Chill before serving (a must!). The dressing will thicken in the refrigerator so you may need to whisk in some milk before serving. This Cilantro Lime Dressing stores fabulously well for about 5-7 days, but honestly, it never lasts that long at our house!
