6 eggs
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1 cup butter
Maple syrup or syrup of choice or jam

Directions:
Combine all but flour and butter in blender. Beat until fluffy. Melt butter in 9x13 glass baking dish in 425 degree oven. When melted, pour batter into it and bake for 20 minutes.

I’ve used half of butter and it works fine.
