6 c. chicken broth
3 c. leftover diced rotisserie chicken
1 15-oz. can Great Northern beans, drained
2 c. salsa verde
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Stir in chicken broth, chicken, beans, salsa verde and cumin; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until heated through, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with cilantro if desired. Also works well in the crockpot.
