Ingredients: 2 lbs. of chicken wings with tips removed.
Marinade ½ tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt ½ tsp. black pepper ½ tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. of Franks Red Hot sauce 1 tbsp. of Olive oil 1 tsp. of garlic powder
Flour Coating 1 cup all purpose white flour 1 tsp. of black pepper ½ tsp. of cayenne pepper ½ tsp. of Lawry's seasoned salt ½ tsp. of paprika 1 tsp. of parsley flakes
Sauce ½ cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce 3 tbsp. of melted butter 1 tsp. of rosemary flakes ½ tsp. of black pepper ½ tsp. of celery flakes

Directions:1 Clean the chicken wings and pat them dry. 2. Add the ingredients under marinade to the chicken wings and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes. 3. Prepare the flour mixture with seasonings. 4. In a plastic bag, add chicken wings and seasoned flour. Shake the bag well to coat the chicken wings and refrigerate the bag for a minimum of 30 minutes. 5 Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer and fry the chicken wings on medium high until they are golden brown and crispy. 6. Place them on a plate with a paper towel to remove excess oil. 7. Prepare the sauce with ingredients listed under Sauce in a large bowl. 8. Transfer the chicken wings in the bowl and shake well to coat the chicken wings with the hot sauce. 9. Serve with slices of Celery and |
