1 lb fresh mushrooms
4 slices of bacon diced AND/OR
1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese AND/OR
1 small can of crab meat
2 Tbsp green pepper minced
1/4 cup onion minced
1 package of cream cheese
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of fresh bread cut in small pieces OR 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)

Directions:
Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove the stems (twisting out). Chop the stems fine and set aside.
In a microwave safe dish, combine your choice of bacon, parm cheese or crab with green pepper and onion. Cook on high for approx. 2 minutes or until meat is cooked. Drain off fat. Add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mushroom stems and bread crumbs. Mix well.
Fill mushroom caps. Place filled caps in casserole dish and bake in oven at 350º for 8 - 10 minutes or until hot.

TIP: the leftover filling can be baked in the oven and served with crackers as a dip.
