1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tin sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 package of Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 package frozen spinach
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped or green onion
1 French or round loaf of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cut frozen block of spinach into 1/2" cubes. Mix with remainder of ingredients, except Bread.
Hollow out bread, pour mixture into loaf.
Use remaining bread (from hollowing) for dipping cutting into small pieces

This dip keeps a week in the fridge.

TIP: Mix soup mix, mayo and sour cream and let sit for approx. 1/2 hour to softened dried vegetables in soup mix.
