1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
4 ounces of feta cheese chopped
1/2 cup red or green bell pepper chopped
1 garlic clove, pressed or diced
1 cup mayonaisse
3 green onions thinly sliced
3/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup of sliced almonds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Chop artichoke hearts, feta cheese and bell peppers and place in mixing bowl. Add garlic, mayonnaise, green onion and oregano, mix well.
Spoon into oven safe dish and top with almonds if desired.
Bake 25, 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Serve with pita chips, crackers or bread of choice.
