Filling:
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp butter (melted)
Raisins, currants or nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 425F.
In a bowl beat egg, then add sugar, then butter.
Sprinkle a few raisins (or whatever) into the bottom of each unbaked tart shell then pour filling on top (2/3 full).
Bake for 8 minutes then reduce heat to 350F and bake 10-15 more minutes.
