1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 egg, separated
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350F.
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add egg yolk then flour.
Shape dough into balls.
Dip each dough ball into beaten egg white then into chopped nuts.
Place on prepared cookie sheet and press a thimble in the centre to make a dent.
Bake 5 minutes, then dent again. Bake 15 more minutes.
Fill with jelly of your choice.
