2 cups white sugar
3/4 cups milk
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp corn syrup or honey
4 tbsp cocao
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, syrup/honey and milk in a pot and bring to a boil then add cocoa.
Continue stirring and cooking until it reaches "ball stage":

When a drop of the mixture lands in a cup of cold water it forms a soft ball. Feel the ball with your fingers to make sure it is the right consistency. It should flatten when pressed between your fingers.

Cool a minute then add vanilla and butter.
Beat until fudge looses sheen.
Pour into buttered pan and let cool.
