2 dozen chicken wings

Marinade
1 tbsp. ginger paste
1 tbsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. tomato paste.
2 tbsp. of Red Hot sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. green chili paste
3 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. of yogurt
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cilantro

Directions:

1. Clean the chicken wings and pat them dry.
2. Mix all ingredients under marinade and prepare a paste.
3. Rub the marinade paste on the chicken wings, cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
4. Remove the chicken wings from the refrigerator and keep them at room temp for at least 30 minutes before broiling them.
5. Turn on the broiler at least 5 minute prior to cooking. Place the tray close to the broiler.
6. Broil the chickens wings basting frequently by turning them around with tongs. Cook for about 30 minutes.
7. When most of the liquid has evaporated and the sauce has become thick, cook for about 10 more minutes and remove from the heat.
8. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with celery or yellow peas pulau.
