2 lbs ground beef

1 Lrg onion

2 cans beef broth

2 cans tomato soup

3 diced green pepper

1 tsp pepper

2 tsp salt

28 oz diced tomatoes

2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
