1 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 C chopped green pepper
1 can (1 lb. 12 oz.) tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tsp chili powder (I use lots more)
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne red pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) kidney beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat and stir in remaining ingredients except kidney beans.

Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally or uncovered about 45 minutes. Stir in beans and re-heat.
