1 pound seedless grapes, stripped from the stems
¾ cup wine vinegar
¾ cup water
¾ tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. sugar
3 peppercorns
1 clove

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the grapes and put them in a jar. Put all the other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cool, and pour the liquid over the grapes. Cover jar and refrigerate.

These should be made a week before they are to be used. They can be kept in the refrigerator for several months. They are excellent served with vodka.
