1 Cauliflower
6 Cucumbers
4 Onions
6-8 Summer Squash
2 Red Peppers (optional)
2 Green Peppers (optional)
1 c. Vinegar
1 c. Water
2 c. Sugar
2 tbsp. pickling spice in spice bag

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up the veggies and leave in a pail, adding ¾ cup coarse salt and add water to cover.
Leave overnight. Drain and rinse if necessary.

Mix vegetables in a pot with the vinegar, water, sugar and pickling spice in a large pot, the make the paste as per the next instructions.

1 c. Yellow Mustard
3 c. Sugar
1 c. Flour
2 c. Vinegar
2 c Water
2 tsp. Dry Mustard
2 tsp. Turmeric

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the paste mixture and bring to a boil in a saucepan stirring constantly. Leave turmeric and dry mustard until last adding in small amounts to adjust taste

Remove pickling spice and bring vegetables to a boil, add paste mixture and return to a boil and then bottle.
