Broth:
1T paprika
1oz. of butter
1 can of red kidney beans
1.5 c. vegetable stock
2 c. cashew milk, or almond milk or regular milk
2T tomato paste

Vegetables:
2 large onions chopped
small bag (8 oz) of carrots cut in chunks
2 cloves of garlic
3 stalks of celery diced
2 large potatoes peeled and cubed
8oz mushrooms, chopped
2 vegetarian sausages, cut in chunks

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot combine all broth ingredients. Set on max, allow to cook as you cut and chop the vegetables.
Once the vegetables are prepared, saute them with olive oil in a large pan for 5-10 minutes, until onion is softened.

Add vegetables to the broth. Slow cook until vegetables are done as desired. (1-2 hours).

You may need to add broth, milk and paprika if the ingredients are too dense.

This can be served as a soup/stew or over rice.
