2 T Olive Oil
1 med Onion, chopped
1 med Bell Pepper (any color), chopped (optional)
2 cloves Garlic, pressed
1 lb Ground Beef
16 oz can Kidney Beans in Chili Sauce
28 oz can Diced Tomatoes
2 T Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 Jalapenos, seeded and diced (optional)
1 sm can Mushrooms, drained (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a warmed skillet, brown the garlic, onion and bell pepper in the olive oil until the onion is translucent. Add the hamburger and brown until there is no more pink. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Let sit until it starts to bubble. Turn down the heat and let simmer up to 4 hours.
