2 c. boiling water
2 T butter
2 T shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 T salt
2 yeast cakes (2 yeast packages)
1 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs, beaten
8 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, butter, shortening, sugar and salt in a bowl; let cool. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; add eggs; mix with first mixture; add flour ad refrigerate overnight. When ready to use, grease muffin pan and roll out dough and form into balls and place 3 balls in each muffin cup. Let double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then, as son as you remove from oven, brush tops with melted butter and serve.
