1 head of lettuce, torn up
1 pkg frozen peas
¼ C mild onion
3-4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 C crumbled fried bacon

1 quart or less of Helamons Mayo
1 C shredded cheese (your choice of flavor)

Directions:
In a 9 X 13 cake pan, layer the following:
first lettuce, then peas, onion, hard boiled eggs, bacon
now spread less than a quart of Helamon's Mayo over top (½ or less in depth)
top with grated cheese
Refrigerate 6 hrs
