2 eggs
1¾ C milk
½ C vegetable oil
2 C flour
4 teas baking powder
1 TBLS sugar
½ teas salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat waffle iron. Beat eggs with electric mixer until fluffy: beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth
Pour batter from cup onto center of hot waffle iron.
Bake until steaming stops, about 5 minutes.
Remove carefully

Do-ahead Tip:
Freeze baked waffles after cooled.
To heat, unwrap & bake on uncreased cookie sheet in 400ºF oven until hot--8-10 minutes.
