½ flour
1 TBLS + 1½ teas sugar
¼ teas salt
2 C milk
6 eggs
dash of cinnamon, as desired
18 slices french bread
1 TBLS butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs & cinnamon with electric mixer until smooth
Soak bread in egg mixture until saturated.

Heat butter in skillet until melted. Cook bread on both sides until golden brown,
about 12 minutes on each side.
