6 c. – chicken broth
4 c. – milk
½ lb. – butter
6 or 7 T. – flour
5 or 6 stalks – celery, diced
1 – onion, finely chopped
1 lb. – bacon, cooked & chopped
4 c. – red potatoes, washed & diced, leave skins on
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, onion, and celery in chicken broth. Then add milk and bacon. Melt butter in a fry pan. Add flour until nice and thick. Now bring soup to a boil and add butter/flour mixture a little at a time. Stir constantly until desired thickness is reached.
