1 package (19 to 21 oz.) Brownie Mix
4 (8 oz.) packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ c. Sour Cream
3 Eggs
Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º.
2. Prepare brownie batter per the package directions and pour into a lined 9"x13" pan, sprayed with cooking spray or oiled with butter.
3. Bake for 25 minutes or until top is shiny and center is almost fully set.
4. While the brownie bakes, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with mixer until well blended. Scrape sides and blend again until incorporated.
5. Add the sour cream and mix well.
6. Next, add the eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each one until just blended; set aside.
7. After the brownies are almost set, remove from the oven and carefully pour the cream cheese batter over the top of the brownie layer in pan. This will almost come to the top of pan.
8. Decrease the oven temperature to 325º.
9. Put pan back into oven and bake for 40 minutes or until center is set.
10. Remove from oven and set on a wire cooling rack. Run a knife around the rim of the pan to loosen sides, cool completely.
11. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
12. Top with favorite topping (see options below)
