2 lbs. ground round
2 T. cooking oil
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 (12 ozs.) package egg noodles
1 can diced tomatoes
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 cans Niblets corn
1/2 lb. grated Velvetta cheese
1 small bottle sutffed olives
2 dashed Tobasco sauce
1 tsp.salt

1 T.Chile powder

Directions:
Directions:
Wilt onion in oil, add ground round and cook until brown, add bell pepper,tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce, chili powder and simmer. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles as directed on package and drain. After meat mixture has simmered for 15 min., add corn, noodles and cheese (reserve some cheese for top later). Put mixture in 9 X 14 inch casseroll and bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top and put sliced olives on top of cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
