Pack canning jars with meat.

Add your spices (a little salt, garlic powder, pepper.)

Add just enough water to cover. Leaving an inch of space at top of jars.

Screw lids on tight. Place jars on a dry dish towel, on a cookie sheet and into a COLD oven.

Cook at 250 for 4 hours/pints & 5 hours/quarts.

Turn oven off when done and leave jars in closed oven to cool and seal, till the next morning.
