5 C rhubarb
2 heaping TBLS flour
1⅓ C sugar
2-3 dashes of cinnamon

TOPPING
1 C sugar
½ teas salt
1 large egg, beaten
1 large C flour
1 teas baking powder

1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift sugar, flour & mix with rhubarb & put in 9 X 13 cake pan.

With topping, mix the dry ingredients first in sifter, then put in bowl. Add egg & mix well
(will be crumbly) Put this mixture over the lphubarb in the pan & shake the pan so crumbs will settle.

Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes or until brown
