5 eggs
½+ C sugar
⅛ teas salt
½ teas cinnamon
⅛ teas nutmeg
3 C milk (maybe ½ C more)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients well with mixer (except milk)
Now mix in milk
Put in pie plate with crust
Bake for 50 min at 350ºF

Done if cold knife emerges clean if stuck in 1" from edge
(If it bubbles around edges, it's too far done)
