1 TBSP olive oil
1½ cups finely chopped red Bartlett or Anjou pear
1 TBSP honey
⅛ tsp. kosher salt
⅛ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 oz. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled, (about ½ cup)
16 Belgian endive leaves, (2 heads)
¼ cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add oil to the pan; swirl to coat. Add pear; cook 2 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in honey. Cool 3 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper, and cheese. Spoon about 2 tsp. pear mixture into each leaf. Sprinkle with walnuts.
