12 Grape tomatoes
4 oz. feta cheese, cut into 12 ½" cubes
1 mini cucumber cut into 12 bite sized chunks
12 pitted Kalamata olives
2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1½ tsp. Za'atar, (Mediterranean spice)
12 4-6" bamboo or wood skewers

Thread the skewers starting with a tomato, then a piece of feta cheese, a chunk of cucumber, and an olive. Repeat. Just before serving, arrange skewers on a platter, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Za'atar.
