2 medium-size ripe avocados, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
1 TBSP lime juice
2 TBSP finely chopped shallots
½ tsp. salt, or sea salt
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
pinch pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place avocados and lime juice in a large bowl. Mash with a fork or potato masher. Stir in shallots, salt and pepper until well blended. Stir in cilantro. Place a sheet of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole to prevent it from browning. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
