2 pounds fresh mushrooms
1 cup balsamic wine vinegar
1⅓ cup olive oil
2 tsp. tarragon
2 garlic cloves, (minced)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
2 TBSP lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms. Leave small ones, cut large ones in half. Combine all other ingredients, (except mushrooms) in a large container. Cover and shake well. Add mushrooms, gently roll them around in the marinade. Refrigerate over night, occasionally rolling marinade over mushrooms. Serve with toothpicks.
