Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 parts Absolut Citron, (or Tito's)
2 parts 100% cranberry juice, (try not to use cranberry juice cocktail if possible)
1 part Cointreau, (or Triple Sec)
1 part fresh squeezed lime juice
Lime wedge for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Fill shaker with ice. Add all ingredients. Shake, shake, shake. Pour into martini glass. Add lime wedge. A perfect cosmo should be light pink in color and a little frothy from all the shaking! It should have a slightly tart taste - not too sweet.

Holiday variation: Replace the cranberry juice with pomegranate juice, and rim the martini glass with cinnamon sugar.

In a bar - ask for the "Dirty rocks on the side". They'll think you're a real mixologist!
