Chopped red tomatoes, (about 4 large)
Chopped onion, (1 small, or 1/2 large)
Chopped cilantro
Chopped or minced garlic, (2 cloves)
1 TBSP sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
⅛ tsp. jalapeņo sauce
fresh squeezed lime juice
