1 Apple (chopped, golden delicious is standard but any apples will work)
2 cinnamon sticks (or just a table spoon of ground cinnamon)
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 750 milliliter bottle of bourbon
1/4 cup Simple Syrup



Directions:
Directions:
1. Place apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a 1 qt. jar or Tupperware, add bourbon, cover with lid. Let bourbon stand at room temperature for four days.
2. Shake jar. Pour bourbon through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher or back into the empty jar you originally used. Add simple syrup.
3. Store in refrigerator up to 2 months.
